Wir gestalten die Beziehung zu unseren Patient:innen, indem wir als Therapielotsen an Bord gehen und der Kapitän:in (Patient:in) gut zuhören, wenn sie uns ihr individuelles Schiff und das Ziel ihrer Reise erklärt.
