Our coatings range from Insulation, Anti-Microbial Solutions, Floor and Roof Restoration Coatings. TCS has been in the Industrial and Commercial Insulation contracting for 35 yrs. Our flag ship product is our Ceramic Insulation coatings. We have been installing Ceramic Insulation coatings 30yrs. Many companies have used our services for the replacement of conventional insulations. Ceramic can provide protection, ease of maintenance and energy efficiency providing a ROI. Our coatings are intended to restore in lieu of removal and replacement. Our insulation coatings can be installed prior to equipment installation or while in operation. Corrosion under insulation is a huge expense to the chemical, paper and other manufacturing industries, on either hot or cold processes. Ceramic Insulation allows for visual inspection and is chemically resistant. Our roof coatings allow for restoration instead of removing good roofing and filling our land fills. TCS has seen many older roofs that are great candidates of restoration as opposed to removal. Roofs needing attention can be coated with a seamless roofing system. This allows for a monolithic, seamless system with a warranty. Another good candidate for restoration are commercial flooring. Ceramic tile, Natural Stone, VCT & LVT have serious issues with slip and falls due to slippery surfaces. This creates tremendous exposure for lawsuits. Our floor systems take hard surfaces, man made tile, natural stone and concrete and restore them, creating a much cleaner environment. Our coatings have NFS certified ratings.
