Independent ICT Professional in different roles in your organization. I am an experienced Change Manager, Process Analyst and Implementation Manager. I use my analytical ability to quickly and effectively map the connections, structures, obstacles and interests. I use Object oriented models, ITILv3, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2 and the unique self-developed BVM concept: 'Farmers' Mind Model'. I have an open personality that makes it easy for me to make new contacts and that my network originates naturally. With these characteristics I have succeeded in successfully realizing various formulated objectives. It is important to me that people, organization, processes and technology are connected to the right balance. With almost 17 years of experience in (semi) governmental environments, I know the pitfalls and challenges of politically sensitive environments. For example, the 4K model (Translated from Dutch: vulnerability (kwetsbaarheid), quality (Kwaliteit), costs (Kosten) and opportunities (kansen)) is seen by many municipalities (and external consultants) as an order to cut costs with all the disastrous consequences that entails. Back to the intention and objectives of the 4K model, it is a good model if implemented correctly: first work on the K's of reduce Vulnerability (Kwetsbaarheid), increase Quality (Kwaliteit) and Opportunities for employees (Kansen) and only then 'harvest' in the area of Cost (Kosten). Implementation of the 4K model costs money first, then the result yields! Clients, employees and external parties must understand this and I take care of that. I am able to inspire people at all levels with my enthusiastic and positive attitude so that there is support for achieving the goal together.
