I provide bespoke technical support and workshops to build expertise. Everything is tailored to your needs, programmes, and socio-political context.
I also create resources and share them freely to break the elitist paywall they normally hide behind.
My work reflects on the role of power and history. It is grounded in communities’ realities, centres their expertise, and is culturally appropriate and relevant. The SMC Group is a proudly anti-racist, queer, and feminist-led boutique consultancy.
It follows The RADIQUAL Manifesto and Framework, a methodology I designed in 2018. RADIQUAL stands for Reflective, Anti-Racist, Decolonial, Intersectional and Inclusive, Queer, United, Adaptive and Anti-Oppression, and Liberatory.
