The Uplift Initiative provides peer-to-peer mentorship to homeless and low-income girls, empowering the next generation of powerful women breaking out of the cycle of poverty. Through peer-to-peer mentorship, our hope is to uplift and empower girls at an early age to understand their power and influence to change the world. Each girl is paired with a high school mentor based on similar interests, and through guided activities and workshops, we hope that the young girls form bonds with their mentors that inspires confidence in themselves and their dreams.
