We are a family run business with over 20 years experience of providing services to small and medium sized organisations.
We set up the Virtual Business Centre in 1999 when we identified that telephone answering was a natural extension to the services provided within the confines of a traditional business centre- something my parents offered long before the advent of the technology that has enabled us to offer telephone answering to companies based externally.
Since that time we have developed our own inbound telephony package which can be amended to suit the needs of our clients.
What makes us different ? - we try and deal with each of our clients in a friendly and professional manner, we do not operate a call centre, instead we operate an office with professional telephone receptionists on hand to answer your calls and we aim to deal with each call as professionally as if they worked for you direct.
