Passionate about how people think and feel about work, I have dedicated my career to improving the lives and outcomes of people across our communities. A Psychologist, Consultant and Specialist in neurodiversity, I work with adults and children, individuals and organisations across sectors to identify strengths, enable performance and improve productivity. By shifting focus to what ‘can’ be done, I remove limitations and empower actions with benefits to the individual, the organisation, and the world around us.
My interest in neurodiversity is personal. Diagnosed dyslexic at school, I provide a real-life example of the positive impacts diagnosis, awareness and tailored strategies can have on both quality of life and career outcomes. Shared experience that builds trust and connection on a more personal level, I advocate a holistic approach to psychological assessments of individual differences. By exploring, and respecting, the unique make-up of every individual, I develop and coach effective solutions with maximum impact.
In 2019, I founded Think Possible Psychology to better help individuals and organisations leverage the opportunities created by neurodiverse thinking.
