ThinkAloud is a management consulting firm founded by Lise Alm and Victoria Kopylov. We are commercial execs and former lawyers, who each have 17 years of on the ground experience from hugely successful start- and scale ups, the tech industry and big law M&A. This allows us to combine - the CEO’s business focus - the startup’s need for speed and - the lawyer’s understanding of risk to help you optimize your operations and navigate which strategic risks you can take on to achieve your goals faster.
