ThinkOrbital is led by Colonel Lee Rosen (US Air Force, Ret), who was VP of Launch, Mission & Customer Operations at SpaceX for 11 years; half the employees are ex-SpaceX. Prior to his tenure at SpaceX, Lee had multiple assignments at the NRO & Space Systems Command as well commanded the US Air Force 45th Space Launch Group & 4th Space Launch Squadron, ensuring mission success for all rocket launches out of Cape Canaveral & Vandenberg Space Force Bases.
