ThinkPod is uniquely positioned as a change agent, promoting entrepreneurship and building capacities and livelihoods in J&K. We are a premium start-up place who seek to provide a complete solution to start-ups in Srinagar. ThinkPod is Kashmir's First Co-Working Office Space Offering Business Incubation Services. Our aim is to create a diverse, inclusive, and thriving community of innovators, entrepreneurs, and change makers that helps boost the economy of Jammu and Kashmir and also create opportunities capable of addressing the state’s youth unemployment problem. We strive to increase awareness of marketing, finance, legal, and technology matters through events and workshops; to provide access to infrastructure with co-working spaces, essential amenities and a collaborative professional atmosphere; to provide opportunities to start-ups and businesses by connecting them to venture capitalists and angel investors; to invigorate the start-up ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir. ThinkPod is more of a social initiative than a business venture. It is trying to be a catalyst in changing the difficult conditions in the Valley by addressing youth empowerment gaps like up skilling, mentoring, and counseling in the areas of finance, marketing, and technology.
