This Is Me Psychology provides psychology support to bridge the gap between Neurodivergent and Neurotypical.
Using a neuro-affirming approach we provide bespoke Psychological support to understand and manage Neurodivergent conditions. We support people on their Neurodivergent Journey, working at their own pace to recognise their strengths; understand their triggers and learn strategies to cope better and help them to thrive.
We can see people of all ages either face to face in our clinic in Exeter or else online. We support people with or without a formal diagnosis; as well as working with family members and friends.
We provide a range of services including individual therapeutic support; consultation and advice for schools; supervision; neurodivergent workshops and team training.
