Thistle & Bee serves victims of human trafficking in Shelby County and beyond. Through a residential program and a social enterprise built around the manufacture and sale of products made from honey and herbs produced in our apiary and gardens, survivors experience healing as they gain the skills and experience needed to rebuild their lives. These values guide our work: Worthiness- All women are inherently worthy of receiving love and respect and of experiencing purpose and joy. Transformation- The healing power of love opens up a world of possibilities. Community- Our community is marked by hard work, mutual accountability, and lavish hospitality. Thistle & Bee is part of nation-wide network of sister organizations inspired by Thistle Farms in Nashville, TN.
