Thrive Outside the Box whose primary mission is to identify under-recognized abilities (“talents”) that occur commonly in individuals who are neuro-atypical, and to design and implement educational programs with newly designed curricula that we will develop for these specific areas of talent. We will create infrastructure and methods for training and growing these abilities. We will work with parents and teachers to utilize these tools starting at the youngest possible age and throughout their schooling. This will lead to the creation of entirely new vocations for neuro-atypical adults wherein their talents can be fully expressed for their own and society’s benefit. The vocations, the programs, and other products based on these opportunities can be monetized for the lifetime benefits of those individuals currently underserved by neuro-typical education, resources, and vocation tracks. Ultimately this will have far reaching impacts on many businesses that will benefit from these new skills being available in the marketplace, on the individuals who are valued for their unique contributions and to society..
