We are based in Ryde, on the Isle of Wight and all our staff are fully qualified and enhanced DBS checked. Our governing body, the NACCC has since 1991 been the umbrella organisation which sets the National Standards to which Child Contact Centres must work.
NACCC deliver our high quality ongoing professional training and assess for accreditation the full range of services, HR practice, safeguarding procedures and practise.
Our mission here at Tidal Family Support reflects our shared belief that with the right advice and support, separating parents can move on from the trauma of their relationship breakdown. We enable families to develop their co-parenting skills, in which their children can thrive and be happy. It is our aim to provide a range of pre-bookable services to families undergoing this journey.
We can signpost parents to a range of relevant local services, including Mediation Now, Local Childcare Law Panel Solicitors, Citizens Advice Bureau, Barnardos and Domestic Abuse services.
