After years of applying the lessons learned from martial arts as University educators and business owners, Chris and Janis Cantwell are ecstatic to fulfill their aspirations in opening, what they call, a “betterment center” in the form of Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Utah. Their vision to transform people by teaching martial arts is a culmination of their love and passion for teaching, fitness, health, and self-discovery.
