I help companies and organisations with organisational development, digital transformation and innovation. These three themes are inextricably linked. Without attention to the internal organisation, digitisation can never achieve the desired result and innovation becomes extremely difficult, if not impossible. These topics therefore form the starting point for all the assignments and projects I do. Feel free to call it a holistic approach. After all, complex problems require a multi-faceted methodology.
The objective is clear: to make organisations more efficient and resilient, so that they can respond faster and better to changing market conditions and are ready for future challenges.
