Tingtun was founded in 1996 to deliver consultancy services in the technical field. The company provides consultancy services in the area of eGovernment, ICT and training. The services are based on an open policy, to promote participation and to deploy Open Source Software, and open standards to develop universally designed and transparent eGovernment services.
Since 2004 Tingtun has provided research based advisory services on all levels of government and also internationally for the European Commission, and the United Nations.
