Tiny Catalyst is a grassroots effort led by young professionals with backgrounds in health, tech, education, and beyond. We are a community of digital volunteers across the United States. We continuously challenge ourselves to learn, relearn, and unlearn. Through a social innovation approach, we build upon our collective experiences to explore, design, and implement tiny initiatives — serving as a catalyst for huge impact.
Our first initiative is the Social Impact Fellowship Program — an experiential learning opportunity for underrepresented undergraduates and those affected by COVID-19 in the U.S. Students will gain professional development and career skills through a virtual 8-week project-based program.
Fellows (undergraduate students) will receive program guidance and weekly 1:1 mentorship from Project Advisors (early-mid career professionals) to successfully complete a project that addresses a social cause or issue. Students will develop and enhance their skills in: project management, problem-solving and analysis, research, interpersonal skills, and oral/written communication.
