Founded by the pioneers of Israel’s first religious kibbutz, Tirat Zvi began as a small factory built on traditional European methods and a deep commitment to uncompromising quality — a value embedded in our name, “TIV.”
Over the years, we’ve grown from a single-room workspace into a 15,000-square-meter facility, combining time-honored techniques with advanced technologies to enhance flavor, quality, and shelf life.
Today, as part of the Tnuva Group, and with a team of 300 dedicated professionals, we continue to lead the Israeli meat industry — meeting the highest international standards (ISO 9001:2000, USDA, EEC, HACCP) and exporting to markets worldwide since 1975.
