Tiss Polymer Industry is a producer of an additive to polymer modification of asphalt and bitumen. The polymer has been developed for use in a wide range of highway and airfield paving application. Hot mix production, installation and compaction are carried out using standard construction equipment.
Tiss 1410A is produced in accordance with a patented process.

Extensive laboratory investigations and field applications of the Tiss technology have demonstrated that:
Tiss 1410A reduces permanent deformation (rutting) of asphalt pavements due to traffic, especially in high temperature environments
Tiss 1410A mitigates cracking at low temperatures by using soft base asphalts
Tiss 1410A extends the life of asphalt pavements because it improves the strength of the mixture, it reduces the fatigue damage and increase resistance to aging.
