Titan Global Wheel’s partnership with US-based Titan International positions the company as one of the largest sub-Saharan suppliers of off-the-road tyres, rims, wheels and repairs.
Having started out as a rim manufacturer in 1965, the original Guestro Wheels business was a part of the Dorbyl Group.
In 2012 our name changed to Global Wheel, the company became 100% local once again, majority Black owned and achieved a level 2 B-BBEE status.
Titan’s ISO-certified facilities demonstrate some of the most sophisticated design, testing and production processes in the world. It is an enormous advantage for us to be affiliated to one of the world’s largest manufacturers of specialised wheels for use in agriculture, construction, forestry, military, and mining applications since 2017. The business has rebranded to Titan Global Wheel.
Between the local organisation’s own rims and tyres and those supplied by the Titan Global operations, Titan Global Wheel delivers a full wheel offering across a range of specialised industries. Titan International owns the Goodyear Agricultural Tyre brand. We proudly reintroduce this massively popular brand into both the local and sub-Saharan African markets.
