TK Community Care Services (TKCCS) is a locally owned and operated disability services organisation in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. TKCCS was founded in 2019. We have and continue to experience a high level of growth in all of our programs. We are NDIS registered and offer numerous NDIS services including:
