At TLC we aim to give every child in our sphere of influence the opportunity to be raised in a loving home and never need care in an institutional environment. This mandate grew from over 30 years of experience in the community we serve with our Children’s Home, where we observed the interrelated social injustices that would ultimately end with a baby in our care.
TLC comprises of various programs designed to "Revive the Village", a
mission where we aim to reweave the damaged social fabric of our community
by addressing the root causes that often end in child abandonment. This will
serve to strengthen the community’s ability to support children in families.
