The Mentors Circle is an initiative of newcomers to Nova Scotia and immigrants so that Nova Scotia can retain the professionals it requires. Our focus is on both Social and Professional Integration of Newcomers. The mentors in this initiative are not merely guiding mentees in searching job in their respective field of expertise but also socially integrate in their new home. We also focus and promote mentees to network both within and outside their respective fields. Begin with an idea to integrate newcomers and realized the need for creating a platform in providing advice, networking, support and encouragement to professional newcomers and skilled immigrants, helping them seamlessly integrate into our society.
