Moin, we are Team toern. Our vision: We want to change the world of e-commerce and save resources in the area of returns. For this purpose, we are developing software that makes it possible to send returns directly to the next person and thus save transport routes and packaging waste. After all, 440 million returns parcels are sent in Germany every year. That's a returns rate of 64 per cent and corresponds to 660 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. With toern, we have the right solution to think about tomorrow today and stop this returns madness. toern was founded in 2023 by Alena and Jonas. Alena ensures that as many people as possible find out about toern. She translates strategic considerations into measurable goals and ensures that the team is on track to achieve them.
