Tools of Empowerment for Success (TOES) is about empowering and promoting the interests of new immigrant women in Niagara.
We strive to improve the life of each immigrant woman in Niagara through education, counseling, and other support services.
For a new immigrant woman, living in Niagara can be exciting yet challenging. While some organization offer settlement support, such as language and housing, unmet needs remain specific to immigrant women. TOES has been developed to meet those needs, to help immigrant women successfully transition to living in Niagara.
