Together For CHANGE™ (T4C) is a purpose-driven initiative presented by the Diaspora Human Genetics Institute, chartered by Meharry Medical College, established in 2023 by partners in academia and biopharma to close the gap on historical inequities in health care, education, and training by building more diversity in genetic research, accelerating education pathways and improving genomic tools for people of African ancestry.
T4C is a historic 10-year initiative, focused on addressing health disparities and promoting health in Black communities. Founding coalition companies include the Regeneron Genetics Center, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk and Roche.
