Tolkförmedling Väst är ett kommunalförbund med uppdrag att tillgodose medlemmarnas behov av språktolk. Förbundets medlemmar är Västra Götalandsregionen, Göteborgs Stad samt ytterligare 44 kommuner i Västra Götalands län.
Varje månad utför förbundets 1 300 tolkar ca 30 000 uppdrag inom främst hälso- och sjukvård, skola och omsorg. Tolkförmedling Väst bedriver även översättningsverksamhet.
