Tomorrow Vijana has an innovative view on how to develop. We believe in the strengths of refugees themselves, this means that they are the ones who come up with ideas how to develop their community. That is why most of our members are refugees themselves. They are the ones who are the closest to all members of the refugees communities. These members are the ones who come up with the ideas for new programs, and also implement them. The directors are the ones who guide the team, monitor, evaluate, write down the policies, help with financial reports and other administrative task and make connections with external partners.
Mission: To facilitate refugees to rebuild their lives.
Vision: To work with refugees to achieve self-reliance through provision of education and skills, promotes economic empowerment, enhanced livelihoods and promotion of health for all.
