Top Material is Li-ion battery total solution provider.
Top Material have three main business parts.
Our main business is to provide optimal process equipment for li-ion batteries, specifications that depends on customer’s requirements. We have years of experienced li-ion battery engineers who can provide solutions for cell designs and the process that are most efficient and trend following. We also provide turnkey solutions for gigafactory not only the equipment and integration, but also auxiliaries such as material handling, warehouse storages, factory layout and manufacturing documents.
Secondly, we do electrode foundry business. Top Material has electrode production line scale of 1Gwh. We also have multiple equipment that can process various batches size electrodes for our customers. We even work with our customers to define electrode specification and provide quality control plans.
Lastly, Top Material is actively developing cathode active materials. Our main focus material is LFP and manganese rich LNMO for its safety and cost. We operate in pilot scale including the cell validation all the way from the powder. Top Material's LFP production line is being setup, 3000ton/year. It will be running in 2024 Q4.
