Toubkal Supercomputer

Named after Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco's Atlas Mountains, this cluster not only symbolizes Morocco's dedication to advancing the fields of Artificial Intelligence and HPC but also made its mark globally by ranking 98th in the top500 list of supercomputers in 2020. Toubkal is hosted at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Ben Guerir. This strategic positioning further emphasizes Morocco's intent to be at the forefront of HPC. Serving as a vital source of high-performance computing capabilities, Toubkal caters to researchers, academics, and entrepreneurs both within Africa and internationally.
