Providing person-led dementia support across Forth Valley
Town Break is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) supporting people living with dementia and their unpaid carers in Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire.
Since 1992, we have delivered flexible, community-based services designed to reduce isolation, promote wellbeing and provide meaningful respite for carers.
Our core services include social groups, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), one-to-one home support, peer groups and carer support - delivered by a skilled team and dedicated volunteers.
We work in partnership with local authorities, NHS Forth Valley and third sector organisations to ensure care is relational, accessible and rooted in the communities we work in.
