TOWN FLYR (www.townflyr.com) was a local community-centered fossil-free electric bike-powered restaurant and grocery food delivery service, (which averaged 8 deliveries per hour per rider vs the 4 deliveries per hour that competitors maxed), only hired locally, helped to build the local economy, decreased traffic and town congestion and provided the people of Fairfax and San Anselmo a trusted service built with stakeholders from each town. In 2022, TownFlyr was put on the shelf due to Covid, as the State of California issued an order that prevented any delivery service provider to charge a restaurant a fee during Covid. The order was rescinded post-Covid.
