Tracey's Juice Bar is in memory of Tracey Susan, A primary school teaching assistant diagnosed with a rare form of cancer at just 43 years old. During her battle she started a blog to raise awareness of healthy eating, juicing, and smoothies. Unfortunately 2 years on she passed away and we opened her blog into a physical store which is now enjoyed by the local community.
