About the University : Banaras Hindu University is one of few esteemed universities offering two year Post graduate study (M.Sc. and M.Tech) in both Dairy Technology and Food Science and Technology offered by Department of Dairy Science and food Technology, IAS, BHU which was established on 11 September 2008 by Prof. Dhirendra Pal Singh, Vice Chancellor of Banaras Hindu University.
