About the Owner Anetta Replogle was born on the sunny beaches of California till her journey brought her to Las Vegas before she could vote. While enjoying a wonderful career in the gaming and hospitality industry, Anetta was drawn to real-estate and developed a passion for fixing house before house “flipping” was a household name. What started as a hobby changed quickly, once Anetta drank the Kool-Aid on construction and real-estate, she never looked back. Anetta started LV Home Helpers in 2008. Anetta quickly realized how many people need help and guidance when faced with the excitement, concerns, time demands and overall stress of moving, that’s when Transiting Life Connections was born. From the deserts of Las Vegas to the freezing winds and snows of North Dakota, through the mountains of Montana and Idaho and back to her roots in Las Vegas Anetta has successfully enjoyed a wonderful career as a general contractor, built transitional housing lodges for Veterans, remolded and repairs both homes and commercial properties, placed families in their first homes, as well as relocating families and seniors to start the next chapter of their lives. Anetta has taken her dedication and discipline as a world champion athlete and continued to master her professional crafts by adding to her liquidators and contractors’ licenses, a CRTS certification to be an advocate for seniors and an asset to their families whether they are here or out of state.
