Patients and caregivers can call to request direction on a particular need, and our coordinators will provide resources and direction or schedule a free community liaison consultation to assist to get a plan in place for just about any situation that involves "Golden Years" or "End of Life" healthcare.
Our services are covered by Medicare and most private insurance providers, including Senior Medicare Management policies and/or Medicare replacement plans. Rarely is there a charge or co-pay directly to the patient or caregiver, and if there is a charge, it will be communicated prior to providing services with mutual agreement from patient, caregiver and TLC's billing department.
