In DTI Foundation we work with the objective of increasing donation rates in countries where it is still low. Thereby, the people that suffer serious illnesses will have more probabilities of having a second chance in life.
DTI’s founders are a group of internationally recognized experts in the area of organ donation and transplantation. DTI brings together experts in the field from Spain, Europe and America to advise and support the implementation of projects in organ, tissue and cell donation and transplant, and creates a wide network for research.
TPM (Transplant Procurement Management), merged in DTI since 2010, is a reference in professional training education in the field of organ donation and transplantation, its aim is to increase the quantity, quality and effectiveness of organ and tissue donation for transplantation, by training healthcare professionals involved in the organ donation process. Since 1991, more than 14.000 professionals from 101 countries have been trained by TPM.
