Il progetto TREATMENT intende sviluppare un sistema innovativo per il trasporto di farmaci utilizzando droni e smart packaging. Questo sistema mira a migliorare l'efficienza, la velocità e l'accessibilità delle consegne di farmaci, riducendo l’impatto ambientale nel contesto della city logistics. Dall’altro lato semplifica il trasporto e la consegna di farmaci a pazienti che vivono in aree urbane congestionate, o aree remote o in generale difficilmente raggiungibili con mezzi di trasporto tradizionali. Le finalità del progetto sono: - Contribuire al miglioramento della qualità dell'assistenza sanitaria - Promuovere l'innovazione nel settore della logistica urbana - Sostenere lo sviluppo di soluzioni di trasporto più sostenibili Il progetto TREATMENT è finanziato dall’Unione europea - NextGenerationEU - Piano Nazionale Resistenza e Resilienza (PNRR) - Missione 4 Componente 2 Investimento 1.4 Potenziamento di strutture di ricerca e creazione di “campioni nazionali” di R&S su alcune Key Enabling Technologies – Progetto CN_00000023 denominato Sustainable Mobility Center CUP E63C22000930007.
