Trevarx develops small molecule radiopharmaceutical platforms focusing on oncology. Its first platform is a PARP inhibitor (PARPi) analogue with an α-emitting radioligand therapy [211At]PTT (currently in pre-clinical stage) with published proof of concept in neuroblastoma seeking additional indications in adult PARP-1 tumors. Trevarx's PARPi platform has a companion PET biomarker [18F]FTT (entering Phase 2 Multi-Center trials in breast cancer in Spring 2022, led by MD Anderson Cancer Center).
