Tri-State Sheet Metal specializes in industrial sheet metal work such as bag houses, dust collection systems, food grade stainless work, bucket elevators, ventilation systems, tank fabrication (shop fabricated or built in place), hoppers, chutes, platforms, catwalks, metal flashing, metal siding, industrial metal roofs and stacks utilizing many types of metal. We also provide performance checks, balancing and design of dust collection systems.
We have certified welders who use many different welding processes. Our staff includes some of the best industrial sheet metal workers in the area who specialize in this type of work, from design, to shop fabrication, to field installations. Tri-State Sheet Metal is also a member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractor’s National Association (SMACNA).
We stock stainless steel (316 and 304 grades), carbon steel, galvanized metal and aluminum and have access to many other specialty metals such as AR 400 high wear plate and Cortin.
Our capabilities include metal thicknesses from 24 gauge to ½”. Our company has a 100-ton press brake, a shear with a ½” thick 13’ long capacity and a 3/16” plate roll. We have also added a high definition plasma table with a 6’ x 12’ table and ¾” thick cutting capacity in order to provide more options to our customers.
