Triangle Engineering Corporation Overview

Triangle Engineering Corporation was started in 1964 by a group of tool and die makers who had dreams of becoming one of the finest shops in the Indianapolis area to design, manufacture, and market tool and die products. This initial concept was never attained. In 1966, two of the three owners left the organization and started what is now a partnership that has blossomed into one of the premier mid-range precision machine shops in the Indianapolis area. With the combination of experience and innovative ideas came opportunities to service area manufacturers in a unique fashion. Not only did Triangle Engineering Corp. aid customers in their trouble-shooting procedures, but has maintained a ‘just-in-time’ mindset which has assisted their customers in keeping their costs to a minimum as well as providing effective deliveries. Since entering the 21st century, Triangle has enjoyed new and exciting growth. During this period, Triangle has increased sales in various areas, but focused growth has been specifically in the aerospace and electrostatic paint industries. Other industries having seen notable sales growth are Marine and Underground drilling equipment. It is clear to see that Triangle has a wide range of experience in serving many areas of manufacturing. We are excited for new opportunities that might lie ahead for us. In January 2019, Triangle purchased an additional 10,000 sq ft building on the property to increase our manufacturing area to 40,000 square feet. With 30 plus pieces of CNC equipment, a superior programming system and skilled employees, Triangle Engineering is capable of meeting most machining needs.
