The principals of TRIARCH, Stephen Corelli and Michaela Desiss, began working together in 1987 in partnership as CORELLI/DEISS. That firm completed approximately twenty-five projects between 1989 and 1992. During this period, Mr. Corelli undertook a number of real estate development initiatives, at which time the office began to become more involved in the construction management of both the real estate development projects, and to a lesser extent, private client projects. In 1993, and in response to the "vertically integrated" nature of the business, TRIARCH, INC. was formed. The firm is active as Architects, and as the opportunity arises will pursue real estate development, and the provision of construction management services.
