Tri-Area Community Health’s mission is to improve the quality of life for our patients and our communities by providing affordable, high-quality, comprehensive care and services. Our team of primary care providers envisions becoming a Model Health Center of the Future, transforming our communities’ health through team-based care and innovation. We believe that healthcare services should be easily accessible regardless of geographic location or socioeconomic status. By serving these communities, we ensure that individuals and families have access to the care they need to maintain optimal health and well-being. Our primary care services are primarily available to residentials of three Virginia Local Health Districts: Carroll, Floyd, Franklin, Grayson, and Patrick counties, as well as the City of Galax. We are proud to be the primary health center for Ferrum College students, providing comprehensive health care services to support their well-being.
