The companies are owned and directed by Mark L. Maynard, Sr. Since 1985, Mark Maynard has been active in real estate development, construction, and management as the owner and president of various corporate entities. These early entities include Tribute Properties and Biltmark Construction, which have evolved into what is now called Tribute Companies. Construction Expertise: Tribute Companies has developed and constructed over 6,000 apartment units, commercial & retail space which they own and manage. The corporation has also built multiple for-sale condominiums and townhome communities, along with single-family communities and retail, office and hospitality developments. Tribute Companies built these projects for its own portfolio of assets, as well as for third party owners and partners. Additionally, Tribute has provided capital and construction management expertise to others in a joint venture-capacity. National Recognition: Tribute Companies has received national recognition, including receiving the Tower Award by the American Institution of Architects. Tribute has also received awards for the redevelopment of environmentally sensitive properties and properties of historic value. Tribute Companies always strives to go beyond the expectations of investors, regulatory bodies, and most importantly, the communities that it serves throughout the southeastern United States.
