The management team consists of six professionals with over 100 years of combined private equity experience. The Principals have significant direct experience in private debt, mezzanine and equity deals in specialty industries. Their broad secondary, niche and deal underwriting experience and deep industry relationships provide a unique advantage in sourcing, evaluating, valuing and completing niche secondary transactions. Montauk TriGuard Funds’ objective is to purchase limited partnership interests in private equity funds on a secondary basis. The General Partner currently manages approximately $1 billion dedicated to private equity secondaries.
