We have developed and launched an interactive mentoring application that enhances the learning experience in a variety of communities by promoting interpersonal relationships between Mentors and Mentees, while also facilitating collaborative work. Anyone that wants to offer their skills, coach, or simply pass on their experience and expertise on a particular topic can do so by becoming a Mentor and simultaneously earning a side-income. On the other hand, Mentees get the chance to explore and learn through personal tips and guidance from the Mentor they follow and acquire the necessary skills at a specific topic. At the same time they get to socialize, discuss what they learned, and work on assigned tasks with other peer-Mentees. This way expanding not only their knowledge, but also their networking. Our goal is to achieve an Interpersonal relationship Between the Mentors & Mentees.
