Growing up on a rubber plantation in Southern Vietnam’s Tay Ninh province, farming has always been a part of us – founders of Tropic Farm. Helping out in the fields, working the soil, tending to the trees, and aiding in the harvest, our parents instilled a sense of love and care for each and every crop. It was the quality that mattered most, not just the quantity. But beyond that, farming was also about the community. Observing the tapioca and fruit farms around us, we learned that the people were just as important as the plants. Both need to come together in harmony to produce the quality his parents always strived for.
Sacha Inchi, or the Inca nut, is a star-shaped fruit that bears nuts that, once dried and roasted, are a fantastic source of Omega 3, 6, and 9, as well as many other essential nutrients. Being a person who cares a lot about health, we knew the importance of having a healthy diet, so we began to research further in this plant and organic farming methods. And thus, ‘Tropic farm’ has stick with Sacha Inchi since then.
Tropic Farm is all about the sustainable and environmentally friendly farming of organic produce. Embracing the traditional farming methods of the Tay Ninh people, it ensures each and every seed is handles with care, from the planting, right through to the harvesting and processing. Drawing on our years of experience, both in business and agriculture, as well as our family’s overwhelming enthusiasm, “QUALITY TALKS” encapsulates the heart of the company. Tropic Farm is honoured to plant its roots in the verdant soil of our home province, providing stable jobs for many of our countrymen and women, ensuring the pride of the Vietnamese people can live on through their products now, as it has done for generations in the past.
