We are passionate about environmental sustainability, sourcing locally and reducing our footprint by using compostable products whenever possible.
Our impact on the community is of utmost importance to us. We want to provide excellent service to our customers, employees, and business partners. A lot of our products are sourced locally. Our coffee is small-batch roasted locally in Bellingham, our sandwiches, pastries, and pretzels are from local bakeries (Avenue Bread, Wake ‘N Bakery, Ralf’s), beer on tap is from local breweries (Aslan, Boundary Bay, Illuminati, Wander), and all of our wine are sourced from local Washington vineyards.
