About Us
Founded in 2015, True North Clinical Services is a clinician-owned Intensive In-Community (IIC) agency dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home therapy to youth (ages 2–21) and their families through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC). Our mission is to guide youth and families toward emotional and behavioral well-being by delivering compassionate, individualized care directly in their homes or communities.
We support children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, developmental, intellectual, and substance use challenges. Our team of licensed clinicians collaborates with families to create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive, accessible environment.
We’re Hiring Clinicians!
We are currently seeking independently licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) and provisionally licensed (LSW, LAC, AMFT) mental health professionals to provide therapy services across Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Cape May, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, and Union Counties in New Jersey.

Requirements:
Active NJ clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, AMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
Experience in child/adolescent therapy
Reliable transportation & auto insurance
Professional liability insurance
(Preferred) IIC or CYBER PerformCare experience
(Preferred) Bilingual – Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Pashto, Creole, Sign Language, etc.
Compensation:
Independent License: $83–$96/hour
Provisional License: $70–$78/hour
Top earners can make up to $199,680/year with a 40-hour caseload.
